How to Order?
Step 1 : Select the product of your choice by surfing through the various categories. Click on “Add to Cart” icon to add the item to your Shopping Cart.
Step2: Proceed to shop for other items by closing the Shopping Cart window. You may choose to Check Out when you have finished selecting your items.

Login in to your account by entering your User Name and Password. Click on“MY SHOPPING CART”button to show your order status.

We accept PayPal or Western Union Transfer or Bank wire transfer.

How much is shipping ?
Shipping cost is listed below the Item Price of each product. You need select your country at the drop down menu. The shipping cost will appear once you have selected the your country.
How long does shipping take?
Depending on where you located or What shipping method you choose.
By EMS / Fedex (to door) : Usually 3-5 business Day
By Air Mail (to door) : Usually 10-20 business Day
By FOB Sea Freight (to port only) : Usually 4-6 Weeks
What is Import Tax or Duty of my country?
In most cases, We will declare a lower value on the invoice for tax or duty purpose. However, we are not responsible for any kind of tax, duty, custom storage fee or failure clear custom fine...etc.
How do you ship the order?
Item will be packed very good and boxed to prevent damage but We don't take any responsibility if the item get damaged by accident during shipping.
We will provide proof of shipping (such as Tracking Number or shipping company info), but We don't hold any responsibility after the items was shipped.
How long will you take for delivery?
Post office EMS Express service (Tracking Number), Usually take 3~5 days business after it is shipped
Post office Air Mail service (Tracking Number), Usually take 7~20 days business after it is shipped
How to Order Engine Clips?
You will need to go to the Closest Terminal Dockport Cargo Warehouse to pick it up in/around your city, To see the closest Dockport Warehouse City around your place, please Click Here.
We don't provide to door shipping, you need to arrange local trucking or transportation from the dockport warehouse to your location by yourself after the package arrived
Step 1: You can click Order Now and fill out a ordering form for which clips or engine you want to order
Step 2: We will send you the Total cost along our bank information for you to do the bank wiring transfer, We don't accept Paypal for clips or engine
Step 3: After we receive your payment, we will arrange shipping immediately, we usually ship it out within 7 days after payment is received
Step 4: Once the package was shipped, we will send you the bill of lading along with invoice, The shipping company contact information will be printed on the bill of lading for you to contact them for tracking information
Step 5: Once the package arrive, the shipping company will contact you for pick up
Worldwide shipping available ?
Yes, Shipping is for Worldwide, you can check the drop down menu for shipping cost of your country. Item will be shipped from my JDM parts warehouse in either Japan or Hong Kong warehouse.
Any warranty on used or new parts?
There is NO warranty on used or new items, all items are being sold as is.
Any Warranty on used engine or clips ?
We provide Start Up Guarantee and 15 days Warranty on Long Block and Transmission only.Warranty start from the day the package arrive your country.
Warranty cover All internal engine parts including: pistons, piston rings, piston pins, head gaskets, crankshaft and main bearings, connecting rods and rod bearings, camshaft and camshaft bearings, timing chain and timing gears, intake and exhaust valves, valve springs, seals, guides, oil pump, push rods, rocker arms and shafts.The engine block, cylinder walls and cylinder head are also warranted to be free of cracks or distortion
Rpmgarage reserves the right to repair with rebuilt or serviceable used parts, or exchange the engine or internal engine parts at its own discretion and determination.
ITEMS NOT COVERED
All external parts attached to the engines, e.g., intake and exhaust manifolds, carburetors, distributor, starter, emission control devices, flywheel, clutch and pressure plate, water pump, thermostat, belts, hoses, oil pan, valve cover, sensors, electronic parts(distributor, wires, Computers, injectors, etc), transmissions, drive shafts, engine mounts, half shaft, etc.
What is Best Offer ?
The Best Offer option allows you to purchase the items at a price that you select
1.) Enter your Best Offer price and Click Make Offer button.
2.) A little Member Registration screen should pop up, then enter your email address and your phone number. Your email address will be used as your login ID in the future.
3.) You should receive an email shortly about your login ID and Password.
4.) Our staff will process your Best Offer within 48 hours. If your offer is accepted, the original item price will be changed to your desired price and you will be notified by email. In some case, if your offer price is too low, we will make your a counter offer as well and you will be notified by email
5.) The New item price will only last for 48 hours and it is opened for all customer. If you fail to buy it within 48 hours, the price will go back to the original price. Or another customer could buy it ahead of you, so you need to buy it quickly once we accepted your offer.
